General Terms and Conditions
I. Internet portal Bezporadce.cz
Internet portal with web address https://www.bezporadce.cz (further just „Bezporadce“) ensures the reciprocal exchange of information between specific users of the portal. Portal Bezporadce is operated by FinTech Investments 21, s.r.o., with registered office at Vinohradská 3216/163, Prague 10 10000, Company ID 03731880 (also referred to as the "Operator"), which is also the owner of the portal. The owner of the portal in accordance with Act No. 121/2000 Coll. on copyright and rights related to copyright, is entitled to exercise property rights to these web sites.
II. Activity and the use of portal Bezporadce.cz
Portal Bezporadce purpose is the exchange of information in order to offer, process and mediate financial services. The individual person or legal entity who fills in any of the forms on the Bezporadce portal becomes the user of the Bezporadce portal (also referred to as the "User").
The user has the right to use the internal messaging portal system for communication with his assigned specialist or specialists to obtain information, offer or mediation of financial services. The user is expressly forbidden to upload any files that are in violation of the law or copyrights or other third party rights, or such files as may harm the internal system of the Bezporadce portal, or otherwise interfere with any internal system of the Bezporadce portal.
III. User data protection
Personal data provided on the Bezporadce portal as well as personal data stored in the internal system of the Bezporadce are stored and handled in accordance with applicable legal regulations, in particular Law 101/2000 Coll., on the personal data protection.
The user agrees that the information provided in the registration form and the internal system of the Bezporadce portal will be processed by the Bezporadce portal in order to enable the necessary communication used to obtain information, offer or mediation of financial services.
In accordance with § 5 of Act No. 101/2000 coll. on the protection of personal data, all data contained in the forms are collected and processed solely for the purpose of sending commercial communications to the data subject through electronic means pursuant to Act No. 480/2004 Coll., until the data subject directly and effectively sends information to the administrator, that he does not want his business information to be kept by the administrator.
User can anytime request in writing to amend or delete his personal data.
IV. Final provisions
Users of Bezporadce portal are obliged to abide by applicable laws of the Czech Republic, act in accordance with good manners and adhere to these general terms and conditions of the Bezporadce portal.
